Job Vacancy – BD & Marketing Coordinator

Job Purpose:

The Marketing & BD Coordinator is responsible for coordinating Tekta’s outbound and inbound business development activities to help ensure a consistent flow of leads to hit our growth targets.

Good organisation & communication skills with an eye for detail. Imagination, creativity and a sense of humour. To enjoy working with & speaking to customers, and the desire to deal with varying tasks and projects each day. A desire to win and celebrate success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the marketing schedule including working with external agencies to ensure marketing projects are delivered successfully. This also includes content generation for blogs, LinkedIn and our website.
  • Manage web-chat and inbound enquiries via the sales inbox to ensure enquiries are dealt with quickly.
  • Manage the database and campaigns for the BDE’s (Telemarketers) to help maximise success and activity levels.
  • Manage the BDM’s appointment calendar, including the CPD schedule, and assist with admin tasks such as meeting notes and emails,
  • Work closely with the BDM and sales team to carry out strategies for landing big deals, including lumpy mail, personalised videos and other creative outbound activities

Other Details:

  • Salary from £28K P/a.  Standard hours are 07:30 – 16:30 with half an hour for lunch.
